I know what it costs to hold everything together.
Because I was the woman holding everything together — and paying for it in ways I couldn’t see until I stopped.
For a long time, I looked like someone who had it together. Nonprofit director. Wife. Homeschooling mom. Capable, competent — and completely overextended.
I thought it was because I needed to be more disciplined. The harder I worked to fix the symptoms, the more the cycle repeated — until I stopped trying to optimize my way out and started looking at the operating system underneath.
That’s what I built this work around. Not motivation. Not better habits. Pattern-level change that actually holds — in real life, in full seasons, under real pressure.
“I didn’t find this work because it sounded interesting. I found it because I needed it.”

Lived experience first. Credentials second.
The work I do isn’t theoretical. I navigate the same line between life and work my clients do — daily, not abstractly.
